The ATS Home Consultation

The ATS Home Consultation is a verbal consultation (no report or no photos) to evaluate, inform and educate the home owner or investor about the home or property before placing the home on the market and or closing the RE offer. The home owner or investor simply takes notes at their own preference while the ATS home inspector is on site verbally informing one of the findings.

Please keep in mind that this service is not a home inspection, although it will give the individual an understanding of what will be brought up during a regular home inspection through home inspector’s eyes. A well prepared home is more likely to go to closing than an unprepared home with a long list of defects discovered during the buyer’s inspection.

To better serve our clients if the home owner makes the decision to utilize ATS home full home inspection services after they have had the consultation, ATS Home Inspections would give a discount on that full home inspection.
